About Mt. Mourne Athletics Boosters
Mt. Mourne Athletics Booster is dedicated to supporting athletic teams at Mt. Mourne School. We believe that having athletic teams at MMIB helps the children at Mt. Mourne become more well-rounded students, while also offering them the well-documented benefits of fitness and team-building experience. Additionally, the entire student body benefits from increased school spirit, and pride from having our own sports teams to cheer on!
Surprisingly, or maybe not, there is no funding from the county to support our middle school athletic teams. All funds must come from the already thinly-stretched school budget, or be raised by the Athletic Boosters. We appreciate any help you can provide!
